We collect as little as possible, and there are no hidden links in the chain. Here is exactly what, why and for how long.

1. Data controller

2. If you join the waiting list

We store your e-mail address and what you signed up for. The purpose is to send you one message when the thing you were waiting for is ready. The basis is your consent, and you can ask us to delete the address again at any time.

3. If you buy the theme

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details — they go straight to Stripe, which is an independent controller for them.

We store your e-mail address, which product you bought, which version and when, plus a randomly generated download link. It is used to give you the file, to find your purchase if you write to us, and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. The basis is performance of the contract and a legal obligation.

Accounting records are kept for five years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.

4. If you run the theme in your store

The theme reports back to us once, when it is opened in Shopify’s theme editor. It sends the store’s domain, the theme’s name and version, and the time — nothing about the store’s visitors, no IP addresses, no customer data.

We use it to know which versions are in use, so we can send updates to the right ones. A store domain is business information, not personal data. The report is sent only from the theme editor, so your own customers are never touched by it.

5. Who processes data for us

  • Stripe — payment, receipts and tax calculation.
  • Resend — sending receipts, download links and update e-mails. Processes your e-mail address and the contents of the message.
  • Supabase — database and file storage, hosted in the EU.
  • Vercel — hosting for the website itself.

We do not sell information on, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

6. Cookies

The website sets no marketing cookies. If you use the payment window, Stripe sets the cookies needed to complete and secure the payment.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and you can object to the processing. Write to us at the address above.
